Friday, May 7th, 2021

April 19, 2021, Rytech arrived to find the homeowner had a unknown slab leak that affected multiple rooms, including two bedrooms a hall way, garage and bathroom. Structurally, the drywall and laminate flooring were all wet. The leak also affected the garage and bathroom with wet walls. Rytech removed the affected laminate flooring, base boards on the walls and placed equipment to dry.

After such a disastrous experience with this water damage, the homeowner decided to re-pipe the house and shut off the water lines which caused the slab leak.

Fortunately, this homeowner took action before the extensive water damage turned into a mold problem. Rytech worked seamlessly with the customer’s insurance company, UPC, to ensure all parties were completely satisfied!
