New Port Richie FL, 34655

01/23/2021

Our client called Rytech Central FL when an upstairs water supply line burst in their home, flooding their entire home – upstairs and downstairs. This home was a bit different as they ran a business out of the residence. Most rooms in the home were affected during this loss and the damage resulted in the homeowner having to relocate their business outside of the home.

Rytech was able to provide the mitigation, pack out, relocation services and demo/flooring removal at their home.  Our clients business continued to operate uninterrupted during this time and was fully functional while Rytech proceeded with mitigating the water damage. Multiple types of flooring were removed in the upstairs area.  Downstairs flooring was also removed to expose the sub floor.  All flooring that was unrepairable twas removed. Cabinets and drywall throughout the home had to be removed in order to expose areas for potential mold growth.  Rytech ensured all areas were adequately dried.

During the mitigation Rytech Technicians were on site daily inspecting and relocating equipment as needed in order to expedite the dry out and allow the insured’s the ability to get the re build process started so the homeowner could get back to work in their home as quickly as possible.

All claims were filed on the homeowners behalf to TowerHill insurance
