Rytech Founded in 1995

During the late 1980’s and early 1990’s William Ryan realized the way Water Damage Restoration Services were being performed left much to be desired. The standards were vague and incomplete, certified technicians were few and far between and equipment primitive.

Team RYTECH

As the process evolved, equipment and training improved. Ryan, a franchise owner with one of the larger franchise networks, embraced the industry advancements. By 1994 Ryan’s Atlanta Business was 70% water work and growing.

Ryan sees the need for a Water Damage Mitigation only network.

On Jan. 1, 1995 Rytech was born. Initially Rytech serviced the Atlanta market. In late 1997 Rytech opens in Jacksonville FL. In October of 1998 Rytech sells its first Franchise. Today Rytech is composed of 34 super-sized operations serving 24 major markets in 16 states.

Rytech’s core Values are pretty simple, put the insured first and service the needs of the Insurance carriers.
